The walls are rock and petrified wood hauled from this country and set by hand in 1933. It opened as the Owyhee Grocery, serving the crews building the Owyhee Dam. Three generations have kept it going. Today, the Simpson and Sweets family carries it forward.
We buy local where we can: regional meat, regional produce, regional beer. The point is that you can get something here you can't get off an interstate.

I-84 west to Ontario, then Highway 201 south through Nyssa.
Out through Parma and across the line on the Adrian–Parma highway.
Straight down Highway 201 — the closest I-84 exit if you're passing through.
North on 201. We're where Owyhee Avenue meets the highway.
We're on the way, not a detour. Fuel up, grab ice and eat before the last stretch.
Room for trucks, trailers, boats and RVs. Pull-through on the north side.
Store daily 7am–8pm. Grill 11am–8pm Mon–Sat, 10am–4pm Sun. Tap house Thu 4–8pm, Fri & Sat 12–8pm. Fuel around the clock.
Leslie Gulch, Succor Creek and Jordan Craters are gravel from here. Top off the tank.
