Front Team Member
The Front Team is the heartbeat of The Rock Store. You're often the first person a guest meets and the last person they see before leaving. Whether someone is stopping in for fuel, picking up groceries, grabbing supplies for an Owyhee adventure, or visiting for the first time, you help make their experience worth remembering. This is about more than running a register: it's about making people feel welcome, taking pride in our store, and helping build everyone's favorite destination.
The Tap House is where people come to slow down, share a meal, enjoy a drink, and spend time together. As a Beertender / Server, you help create the kind of experience that turns a quick visit into an evening people remember. You're helping create a place where guests feel comfortable, welcomed and excited to return.
Great food is one of the biggest reasons people come to The Rock Store. As a Grill Team Member, you help deliver food guests are excited to eat, recommend and return for. Whether preparing ingredients, cooking on the line or making pizzas, your work shapes our reputation. Start with a primary station and grow into others.
Some of the best moments at The Rock Store happen outside the everyday routine. Live music, community gatherings, special dinners, seasonal activities and property care make this a destination people love. Seasonal & Event Crew helps bring those experiences to life through flexible hands-on work.
Weekends are busy and summer is busier. Festival weekends are long. You'll be on your feet, and in August the kitchen is hot.
